Zanmi Mwen (My Friend) Sponsorship Program
Educate the children because they are the future of Haiti.
Zanmi Mwen is a Haitian Creole word which means “my friend.” Children in Haiti have little hope. Haiti is the second poorest country in the world, and no free public education exists in Haiti. In order to attend school, parents must pay for tuition, books, uniforms, and supplies. Many times children cannot attend school because their parents cannot afford to send them. Therefore, the literacy rate in Haiti is less than 20%.
During our past four years as missionaries in Haiti, we have seen the need for sound Christian education, not only to give children a quality education, but also to counteract the Satanic philosophies the children are being taught in the schools. It is our goal as missionaries to use Christian education to give Haitian children hope for the future.
For a $150 tax deductible contribution, you can call a Haitian child Zanmi Mwen or “my friend.”
You will receive a photo of the child along with information about the child and any specific needs or prayer requests the child may have.
Your contribution will cover the cost of:
- Books
- Uniform
- Tuition
- Supplies
Would you partner with us to give Haiti the true hope which comes only through Christ?
